A lovely, spacious ground floor, end apartment on the Condado de Alhama Golf Resort.

Not overlooked, this apartment has a front garden with storage under the stairwell, and a sun awning to provide shade.

The main entrance is through a bi-fold UPVC door which the owners have added to provide an entrance hall, where 2 large cupboards have been added for further storage.
