El Alcolar is found on the edge of the Puerto de Mazarron and is just a couple of minutes walk to the beaches and 5 minutes to bars and restaurants. Puerto de Mazarron is a seaside resort located in the south eastern region of Spain, to the west of the historic city of Cartagena.
